Interloop Holds 34th Annual General Meeting

Interloop Limited held its 34th AGM on 14 October 2026 at the Executive Club, Faisalabad, reviewing the company’s financial performance, operational developments and strategic plans for the coming year.

During FY2026, Interloop recorded sales of PKR 183 billion (USD 654 million), reflecting 5.5% year-on-year growth, while net profit increased to PKR 13.2 billion from PKR 5.3 billion in FY2025. The Apparel and Denim divisions delivered strong export growth, with combined revenues increasing by 31% to USD 204 million.

Key operational developments included the commissioning of Yarn Dyeing Plant III and the addition of 3.5 MW of solar capacity, bringing total installed solar capacity to 20.8 MW. The company also received international recognition for sustainability, innovation and workplace practices from Nike, adidas, GUESS and IFC–PBC.

Despite global trade uncertainties, rising operational costs and pricing pressures, Interloop remains focused on profitable growth, operational efficiency and strengthening its position as a manufacturing partner to leading global brands.

The meeting also highlighted Interloop’s social contributions across education, healthcare, women’s empowerment and sports. These included support for 40 TCF schools serving over 5,500 children, 1,014 scholarships, free medical services for over 110,000 patients and sports development programmes engaging more than 7,000 young people.
