Waste reduction and responsible management are core values within our operations. This commitment drives us to optimise production and minimise consumption. Circular products and recycling initiatives transform waste into valuable textiles, while our disposal practices aim to eliminate landfill contributions and hazardous chemical discharge.
Through our ZDHC Program, we implement green chemistry, using certified raw materials and achieving 100% ZDHC Supplier to Zero certification. All our plants are ZDHC SuppliertoZero Progressive Level certified.
We champion digital sampling and advocate for its integration with our customers. This allows us to eliminate waste through true-to-life virtual samples.
100% Diversion of waste.
100% ZDHC compliance
Our Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) run around the clock treating wastewater to meet ZDHC standards. Our largest plant at the Apparel Park is set to expand our wastewater treatment capacity by 300m3/h with 20% water recycling capacity.
We are committed to minimising landfill waste through rigorous segregation processes and centralised storage facilities for efficient collection, treatment, and disposal.
Supported by a dedicated workforce, these measures ensure proper waste management and compliance across our supply chain.
In collaboration with Reverse Resources (RR) under the SMEP programme, we are mapping waste traceability through digital platforms, transforming textile-to-textile (T2T) recycling in Pakistan, enhancing product quality, and advancing sustainable manufacturing practices.
To reduce our material footprint we recycle waste and use pre-consumer and post-consumer waste as raw materials. PCW is transformed into fibrous form, then into recycled yarns.
Through our Sock Waste Regeneration project, we transform sock waste into high-quality clip yarn, reducing environmental impact while creating value. Keeping 680 tonnes of waste out of landfills annually, with 50% of our hosiery clip yarn requirements now met through regenerated waste.
