The Board of Directors of Interloop Limited in its meeting held on June 11, 2019, has declared 12.5% (Rs.1.25/-per share) interim dividend for the shareholders of the Company. The share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from June 26, 2019 to July 02, 2019 (both days inclusive) to work out the entitlement for the Interim dividend.
The transfer received to the Share Registrar M/s. Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited, Share Registrar Department, CDC House, 99 –B, Block B, S.M.C.H.S., Main Shahrah-e- Faisal, Karachi-74400 at the close of business on June 25, 2019 will be treated in time for purpose of payment of interim dividend to the transferees.
