We are pleased to inform our shareholders that the Half Year Interim Cash Dividend of Rs. 1.50 /- per share , i.e.15.00% has been declared by the Board of Directors of Interloop Limited ("The Company") at its meeting held on February 16, 2021. The Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from March 05, 2021 to March 12, 2021 (both days inclusive). The above entitlement will be paid to those Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on March 04, 2021.
Date of credit of dividend in bank account will be intimated to the Shareholders in due course.
