Coal Ash Bricks Plant

Recently, Energy Division took another initiative by making bricks from Coal Ash; a waste produced in the coal boiler during steam generation. Rather than just dumping the ash that destroys water quality and land fertility, Energy Division team has managed to utilize it in producing bricks via an eco-friendly method involving no burning of fossil fuel and using sunlight for brick curing process. This Bricks plant has the capacity of producing 7,000 bricks/day. Currently, the plant is in testing phase where sample bricks are being produced with around 3 weeks of curing time with strength equal or greater than conventional red brick.
