Breaking Barriers:

Embracing Diversity & Inclusion

We embrace the power of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) as core values that shape our culture. By fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, we are unleashing the potential of our people and driving positive change in our industry and beyond.

By breaking down barriers and enabling access to equal opportunities, we empower our people to thrive and build a culture where everyone feels valued and heard.

Interloop’s health and safety approach covers all people, operations, and facilities. Our Environmental Health Safety (EHS) framework is ingrained in our culture through certifications on global standards, continuous trainings, and audits.

Our EHS management system aligns with ISO 45001 standards and multiple customer code of conducts around worker safety. We ensure our products adhere to the highest level of compliance throughout the value chain.

We are proud to be the first Fair Trade Certified sock facility in the region, maintaining rigorous standards that promote sustainable livelihoods and safe working conditions.

We prioritise the well-being of our people focusing on their physical, emotional, and mental health. Our initiatives include engagement through sports, online mental health counseling, and regular health checks to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

We also value our people’s financial well-being and offer an Employee Stock Option program and a Special Welfare Fund for our non-executive staff, providing additional support and benefits.

Through collaborations like the HANDS Workers Well-being initiative with Levis Strauss & Company, we are taking forward our commitment to our people.

Investing in the growth and development of our people allows us to foster an engaged and high performing culture. We use a range of learning methods including classroom training, e-learning modules, and expert-led workshops.

Our training programs cover keys areas like functional capabilities, technical skills, EHS compliance, lean methodologies, and diversity & inclusion. So far, we have dedicated over 248,000 person-hours on trainings.

In addition to structured training, we prioritise job rotation for our employees’ continual learning, providing them with diverse experiences and opportunities for growth.
