On Friday 22nd June, 2018, Navid Fazil, COO Interloop Limited inaugurated the refurbished staff mess located at unit-2 Plant 1. This served as another milestone achieved on the way of striving for betterment and providing the best available comfort to the employees. As far as the kitchen is concerned, the renovated version is well planned with installed emergency exits and access to a distinguished refrigeration room, tuck shop, dry store and change room. The silverware being used is made up of stainless steel to prevent food stains/contamination for well-being of the employees. Stainless steel waste collecting bins are installed in the dining hall for hygienic purposes. The seating capacity of the dining hall is enhanced to accommodate a total of 228 employees, improving communication among different cadres. Both the Executives and Non-Executives are offered the same menu options in the same ambiance to eradicate disparity. The aim of providing standardized quality food under one roof is to drive a culture of “Mutual trust and Respect”.
