Mental Wellness: Our Commitment to a Supportive and Balanced Workplace

At Interloop, employee well-being is a top priority, and our recent celebration of World Mental Health Day underscores this commitment. We organised a series of activities centered on supporting mental wellness, including online stress management sessions led by a clinical psychologist, equipping employees with practical tools to navigate everyday stressors.

Throughout the day, employees across all facilities participated in stress-relief activities at their workstations, reinforcing our dedication to a supportive and balanced workplace. Through Interloop’s Qadam Hum Qadam program with Saaya Health, we provide confidential counseling services to help employees address mental health challenges that may impact their growth and well-being. With Saaya Health, employees have 24/7 access to counselors and multilingual support, and we look forward to offering additional wellness workshops in the near future.
