Theater of Intent: Empowering Inclusivity at Interloop

Inclusion is more than a policy—it’s a practice embedded in our daily interactions. To turn that belief into action, we’ve introduced the Theatre of Intent (ToI)—a powerful initiative under our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) journey.

Launched in collaboration with Schuitema Pakistan, ToI transforms traditional training into a immersive experience. Through the medium of theatre, real workplace scenarios are brought to life, encouraging open conversations around respect, the responsible use of authority, and ethical decision-making.  

Led by Omair Rana, each session became a safe space for our people—whether in leadership or on the frontlines—to connect, share, and grow together

So far, over 750 colleagues have participated in nine interactive sessions at Apparel Plant, supported by focus groups that gathered authentic insights and experiences from across the organisation.

What’s next?

This was just the beginning. Theatre of Intent will now expand across all business units, embracing team members at every level.
