Every year Interloop Limited inducts fresh graduates across its various functions through its flagship Management Trainee Program. It’s a one year working contract which provides MTOs an exposure to a variety of operational and strategic roles thus creating enormous learning and grooming opportunities for the young & fresh appointees. A systematic selection process with yearlong work assignments and projects makes a professional base for them towards promising career growth & development.
A total of 12,515 applicants from all over Pakistan applied for this program upon its advertisement in June 2017, in leading national dailies. This was the highest number of applications ever received in a year so far which shows its success. Out 12,515 in total 255 candidates were selected for the selection process, 193 appeared, and 41 were offered placements and joined the Interloop family.
On Wednesday 20th December 2017, Ms. Faryal Sadiq, ED People & OD, HODs and Entire HR Team warmly welcomed MTO batch 2017-18. Ms. Faryal (ED People & OD) and Mr. Husnain Abbas (DGM Interloop Way People) shared their valuable words for the inspiration and motivation of MTOs. The purpose of this inaugural ceremony was also to arrange the socialization session and to get them acquainted with the MTOP.
It was also a memorable day for MTO batch 2016-17, who successfully completed their 12 months’ contract period with Interloop Limited and they really worked hard during the time. All 49 MTOs from passing out batch has been confirmed and Appointment letters were awarded to them by Ms. Faryal Sadiq ED People & OD and respected HODs. Later that day, heads of other departments shared their views with MTOs over a Hi-Tea.
