A well-structured selection process includes general and subject-based written tests, and assessment centers comprising psychometric tests, case studies, E-try exercises, role play & group presentations. Keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic, all assessments including final interviews were conducted virtually, leading to selection of the biggest ever batch of MTOs in Interloop’s history.
