In December 2016, Executive directors along with the team of Plant IV and PMD joined together to officially break ground for Plant IV at HD-II. On this event, Navid Fazil, COO Interloop Limited praised the efforts of PMD and wished plant IV team and the company a bundle of success. This project has a total capacity to accommodate 720 specialized knitting Machines with an estimated production capacity of 204,000 pair of socks per day. This facility also includes: Jeanologia E-Flow Processing Machines which consumes 95% less water, 50% less chemicals & 75% less energy and Ghibli Advanced Boarding Machines with 26 boarding frames 4 seconds cycle time making it energy efficient. Plant IV is planning to accomplish 01 day work in process by achieving 2.2 men to machine ratio against its total strength.
