On 24 October 2024, Interloop Limited held its 32nd Annual General Meeting at Interloop Industrial Park, Faisalabad. Led by Chairman Musadaq Zulqarnain, the Board reviewed the company’s financial and operational performance. The highlight of the year included achieving 44% female representation on the Board, making Interloop the only listed entity in Pakistan with such gender diversity. The company had increased sales during the year followed by enhanced efficiency initiatives. Additionally, the company acquired a 64% equity stake in Top Circle Hosiery Mills Co., Inc., a strategic move to bolster Interloop’s footprint. Additional advancements including the establishment of a sixth hosiery plant, expansions in spun yarn dyeing, and increased denim production capacity were shared during the meeting. The Shareholders commended the Board for their dedication to building a resilient, sustainable, and profitable company.
