On 26 Feb., 2019, HR & Admin Department organized ‘Long Service Awards’ for non-executive employees to acknowledge and appreciate their commitment towards Interloop Limited. Navid Fazil, CEO Interloop Limited in his address congratulated the Award winners and expressed gratitude to the Interloop family for their continuous hard work and dedication for achieving company’s Vision 2020. He also announced priority hiring (against vacancy) of one qualified child of each non-executive employee completing 15 years of service with Interloop. In addition, he spoke about creating a Special Welfare Fund of PKR 150 million to manage any contingencies for non-executives. Each awardee was presented with a recognition shield, one-month gross salary, academic scholarship for one eligible child and nomination for the 10 years awardees category in the Hajj draw. The event concluded on delicious refreshments.
